KiS4Kids Community Playgroups, where community and friendship is found.

Welcome, 2020 has begun with exciting news that we will be starting a new Free community playgroup in the Evelyn Gribble Community Centre funded by the City of Armadale, to meet their Social Priorities Outcomes.

This is a child and family focused playgroup. We encourage extended family members to attend and engage with the child/ren in their adventures at playgroup. Protective behaviours and language is used by all team members and it’s use is encouraged in visiting adults.

Each week has a theme and activities are designed to encourage and support engagement between parent/care giver and child. Term 1 we are on a journey through the six aboriginal seasons with songs, craft and stories.

Each week a healthy breakfast/morning tea is provided with ingredients sourced locally and affordably priced. A recipe book with all playgroup food will be available to participants.

Participation incentives will be given to those attending regularly and those who volunteer during sessions. We encourage family members to be involved in the activities at playgroup.

Children who build strong healthy attachments with safe adults, have better mental health as they grow. Their education, social and life outcomes are improved.

Playgroup will be, a little bit messy, a little bit wet and a whole lot of fun.

Playgroup Co-ordinator is Christyne Williams. She is our Education and Family Programs Director. She is supported by her amazing team members, Liz, Jess, Alex, and Deb, all who are child and family focused, full of energy and ready to support our playgroup community.
